1. What this service is

Cut305 helps customers submit concrete cutting and core drilling project requests for review by independent local service providers. The contractor performing the work is responsible for its own estimates, licensing, insurance, permits, and project execution.

Cut305 is not the performing contractor, does not itself provide construction services through this website, and does not guarantee the availability, pricing, schedule, or workmanship of any independent provider. Submitting a project request creates no contract with Cut305 for construction work.

2. Independent providers

Providers who receive project requests are independent businesses. Any agreement for work is made directly between you and the provider. You are responsible for verifying a provider's licensing and insurance to your satisfaction — for Florida contractors this can be done through the Florida DBPR license search — and for reviewing their contract terms before engaging them.

3. Technical information on this site

Service pages and guides describe general industry practice for informational purposes. They are not engineering advice, not a substitute for the project's engineer of record, and not a representation about what any particular provider will do on your project. Structural decisions — openings in bearing elements, removal sequences, shoring — require a licensed engineer.

4. Your submissions

You confirm that the information and files you submit may lawfully be shared for the purpose of reviewing and pricing your project, and that they do not contain information you are not permitted to disclose. Handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not submit false requests, scrape the site, or misrepresent your identity or authority. We may decline or discard requests at our discretion.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided "as is", and Cut305 disclaims liability for decisions made in reliance on the site's general information and for the acts or omissions of independent providers.
