Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Cut305 ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website.
Information you submit
When you submit a project request, we collect the information you provide: contact details (name, company, email, phone), project location (city/ZIP), project parameters, descriptions, and any files you upload (photos, drawings, plans). This information exists for one purpose: to review your project and route it to an independent local service provider who can price and perform the work. By submitting a request you consent to your request details being shared with such a provider.
Information collected automatically
We record standard request metadata with each lead — the page you landed on, the referring source, UTM campaign parameters, submission time, and browser user-agent — to understand which pages produce genuine project requests. If analytics is enabled on this site, it is configured via Google Tag Manager; consult your browser settings to control cookies and similar technologies.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your uploaded project files for anything other than reviewing and routing your request.
- We do not send marketing messages unrelated to your request without your consent.
Data retention and your choices
Project requests are retained as long as needed to service them and for reasonable business record-keeping. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting info@cut305.com.
Third-party services
Lead delivery, file storage, and analytics may be provided by third-party processors acting on our instructions. Independent service providers who receive your request handle your information under their own policies once you engage them directly.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves; the current version is always at this address.
