The request form asks the questions estimators actually price from: element, thickness, dimensions, material, GPR status, access, and timing. Plans, penetration schedules, and photos attach directly. Skip anything you don’t know.

The request is routed to an independent provider
Your scope goes to an independent Miami-area concrete cutting operator for review. They are not employees or franchisees of this site — they are local businesses that perform this work under their own licenses and insurance.

The provider prices and contacts you
You hear back by phone or email with a scope-based estimate, or with the one or two questions needed to produce one. Pricing, exclusions, and scheduling come from the provider — this site does not set or guarantee prices.

You contract directly
If the number works, you engage the provider directly, exactly as if you had found them yourself. Contracts, permits, COIs, warranties, and the work itself are between you and them.

No. Cut305 is a project-intake resource: it structures your request so it can be priced properly and routes it to independent Miami-area concrete cutting operators. The operator who takes your project contracts with you directly and is responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits, and workmanship.
Does submitting a request cost anything or commit me?
No — a request is a request. You get a price and decide from there, the same as calling any contractor for an estimate.
How should I verify the provider who contacts me?
The same way you would verify any contractor: ask for their license number and check it against the Florida DBPR license search, request a certificate of insurance, and get the scope and exclusions in writing before work starts.
What happens to my files and contact details?
They are used to review and price your project and are shared with the independent provider who handles it — that is the entire purpose of the intake. Details in the Privacy Policy.
